Incoterms Explained: Shipping Terms We Support

We offer flexible shipping arrangements to suit different customer needs. Below are the most common terms we use. If you are unsure which one is best for your project, just ask — we will help you choose based on your location, budget, and timeline.

FOB – Free on Board

We deliver the goods to the port you specify (usually the nearest major port in China) and handle all export clearance. Once the goods are loaded onto the vessel, risk and freight cost transfer to you. This is the most common option for buyers who have their own freight forwarder or prefer to control shipping.

CIF – Cost, Insurance, and Freight

We arrange and pay for ocean freight and basic marine insurance to bring the goods to the destination port you choose. Risk transfers to you once the goods are loaded on the vessel, but we take care of the shipping arrangement. This option gives you peace of mind if you prefer not to handle freight booking.

EXW – Ex Works

You pick up the goods directly from our factory or warehouse. We make the goods available at our premises, and you handle everything else — from export clearance to final delivery. This gives you maximum control over the entire logistics chain. It is often chosen by buyers who work with their own freight forwarder and want to consolidate multiple orders.

DDP – Delivered Duty Paid

We take full responsibility all the way to your door. We handle export clearance, freight, import customs clearance, and payment of duties and taxes. The goods are delivered to your specified address, ready to use. This is the most hassle‑free option, especially if you are new to importing or want a fully landed cost with no surprises.
